Terms of Service

Updated: September 12, 2026 · Applies prospectively as explained below.

These terms cover Clipizo digital products, subscriptions, community features, and support. For purchases, they form part of your contract only when made available and validly agreed before you order. The product description and the purchase details agreed at checkout also apply.

This version applies to new purchases after publication where validly incorporated. It does not retrospectively change earlier purchases or remove rights you already have. Mandatory consumer protections take priority over these terms.

Your checkout and order confirmation identify your contracting supplier. Where they identify Payhip Limited as the supplier, Payhip's purchase and cancellation terms govern that transaction. These Clipizo terms do not override rights granted by the applicable checkout-provider terms. We remain available to help with Clipizo products and purchase enquiries.

Clipizo Products

Clipizo provides plugins, presets, downloads, documentation, and digital workflow services. The product description and checkout identify what you are buying, the price, delivery or access arrangements, and any stated licence, support, or subscription period. Changes to future offers do not change an existing purchase agreement.

Refunds & Withdrawal

Digital Purchases

We do not offer additional voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products, downloads, licences, or digital subscriptions. This applies to a change of mind, not using a purchase, or no longer needing it, where the purchase was supplied as agreed and no statutory or applicable checkout-provider right to cancellation, a refund, or another remedy applies.

Your mandatory rights remain fully protected. Statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for non-delivery or non-conforming products, and other non-excludable consumer rights remain available. A digital product being downloadable does not automatically remove those rights.

This policy applies prospectively where provided and validly agreed before a new purchase. Earlier purchases retain their agreed terms and applicable rights.

Checkout-Provider Rights

Your checkout and order confirmation identify the contracting supplier. Where Payhip Limited is identified as the supplier, its purchase and cancellation terms apply. Its checkout terms provide for cancellation before downloading. This policy does not override that or any other right granted by the applicable checkout terms. You may contact us for purchase help and remain free to exercise your rights directly with the contracting supplier.

Statutory Withdrawal Rights

For online purchases covered by a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, you may withdraw without giving a reason. For digital content supplied without a physical medium and for service contracts, that period normally runs from conclusion of the contract, subject to the required information being provided. Any other or longer period required by the law applicable to your purchase remains available.

For paid digital content without a physical medium, such as a plugin download, early expiry of that withdrawal right requires all applicable legal conditions to be met, including:

  1. Your express consent to supply beginning before the withdrawal period ends.
  2. Your acknowledgment that, with your consent, you lose that withdrawal right when supply begins.
  3. Supply beginning and the supplier providing the required contract confirmation, including your consent and acknowledgment, on a durable medium such as email.

A general terms checkbox, a preselected option, or a download link alone is not sufficient. Where these conditions are not met, your statutory withdrawal right is not extinguished on that basis. Any protection or longer period required because information was missing remains available.

Digital services and subscriptions have different rules. Starting or using a paid service does not by itself end a statutory withdrawal right. Early expiry generally requires full performance and the applicable prior express consent and acknowledgment. A proportionate charge for a service started at your express request before the period ends is payable only where the legal conditions, including the required information, are satisfied. Downloads are not treated as services merely because they are digital.

How to Declare Withdrawal

Where you have a withdrawal right, send an unambiguous statement to contact@clipizo.com or through our contact page. You do not need to give a reason, obtain prior approval, or use a particular form. Sending the declaration before the applicable deadline is sufficient to meet it.

Optional email wording: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for [product], ordered on [date]. My name is [name] and my purchase email or order reference is [purchase identifier]. Please confirm receipt to [email].”

For a valid statutory withdrawal, payments due for refund are reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of your declaration, or sooner where applicable law requires. The original payment method is used unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. Any lawful proportionate service charge is subject to the conditions above. You do not have to accept store credit instead of a refund you are legally entitled to.

Non-Delivery, Defects, and Misdescription

If a purchase is not delivered, does not work as agreed, or does not match its description, contact us. Your statutory rights are separate from the change-of-mind policy and can remain available after a withdrawal period has ended.

Where the law provides for bringing a product into conformity first, we will do so at our expense, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Where the conditions for price reduction, termination and refund, or other remedies are met, those rights remain available, including where a remedy is impossible or the law permits immediate termination. There is no requirement to buy another product or a third-party paid upgrade to replace a remedy we legally owe you.

Support and Rights Requests

Email contact@clipizo.com or use the contact page. For technical issues, include the product, purchase identifier, operating system, host version and edition, and a description of the problem. Alternative proof of purchase is accepted; an order number is not the only way to identify a purchase. Never send passwords, full payment-card details, or licence secrets.

Legal claims are assessed against the purchase-time information and applicable law. This policy imposes no shorter claim deadline, mandatory Discord membership, or requirement to finish troubleshooting before exercising a right that is already available.

Compatibility and Third-Party Changes

Before purchasing, check the product's disclosed requirements, including the host application's version and Free or paid edition, operating system, hardware, and required scripting or API access. Contact us before ordering if your setup is unclear. A product may require a separately purchased third-party licence where this is disclosed before purchase.

Third-party vendors can change their software, APIs, licensing, or supported platforms. Unless expressly promised, we do not give an additional voluntary guarantee of compatibility with every future release or of free upgrades forever. This does not limit agreed compatibility, legally required updates, or statutory remedies. A third-party change does not automatically remove your rights or transfer all compatibility risk to you.

We will communicate known material compatibility limitations in the relevant product information. For existing buyers, any remedy is assessed against the information and promises at purchase and applicable law. A new warning does not amend an earlier contract. Requiring you to buy a paid third-party upgrade is not automatically a substitute for a remedy we legally owe you.

Where the law requires a specific departure from objective product requirements to be separately disclosed and expressly agreed, a general statement in these terms is not that separate agreement.

Subscriptions

Some Clipizo products are available as monthly subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your payment method is charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • Usage Allowance: Each subscription includes the allowance stated in its offer. Unless that offer says otherwise, unused allowances do not roll over and cannot voluntarily be exchanged for cash. Statutory refund and other remedy rights remain unaffected.
  • AI-Generated Output: Some Clipizo tools produce output using AI models. This output may contain errors or produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing all changes before applying them. Always keep backups of your project files.
  • Ordinary Cancellation: You can cancel future renewal at any time through the subscription management facility or by contacting us. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, with access continuing until then. We do not voluntarily refund the remaining time. Statutory withdrawal, extraordinary termination, price-reduction, and refund rights remain unaffected.
  • Withdrawal: A digital service is not automatically treated as a download for withdrawal purposes. Starting a paid service does not by itself end a statutory withdrawal right; the applicable legal conditions must be met. See the withdrawal information.
  • Abuse: Circumventing agreed usage limits, unauthorised account sharing, or unauthorised resale may result in proportionate suspension or termination where permitted by the contract and applicable law. Activities permitted by mandatory law, including applicable software interoperability rights, are not prohibited by this clause. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

Accounts and Community Use

If you use Clipizo community features or support channels, you are responsible for the content you submit. Do not post illegal, abusive, harmful, infringing, spam, or malicious content.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Product Quality, Updates, and Support

We are responsible for supplying products that meet the contractual and applicable statutory requirements, including required updates and remedies. Except for specific promises in the offer, we provide no additional voluntary guarantee that a tool suits every workflow. Keep backups of important project files before installing or using tools; this recommendation does not waive your legal rights.

Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, mandatory product liability, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory warranty and digital-product remedies remain unaffected.

Third-Party Platforms

Clipizo tools are designed for creative software platforms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of those platforms. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Changes to These Terms

We may publish revised terms for future purchases. Existing contracts remain governed by their agreed terms unless a change is validly agreed or otherwise permitted by law. Continued use alone is not treated as consent to remove existing rights. Changes to an ongoing digital service must satisfy the applicable contractual and statutory requirements, including any required notice or termination rights.

Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

The law applicable to your purchase is determined by the relevant legal rules. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer protections, including applicable protections in your country of habitual residence, or restrict your right to bring proceedings in a competent local court. All non-excludable rights remain in force.
